The College of Medical Rehabilitation Technologies and Prosthetics Organizes a Scientific Field Visit
Details: The College of Medical Rehabilitation Technologies and Prosthetics organized a scientific field visit to the Technical College of Medicine in Kufa. This initiative is part of the college’s efforts to explore the latest methods and technologies adopted in specialized laboratories and workshops, while strengthening the prospects for joint scientific and academic cooperation.
The visiting delegation was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Al-Mihna, who met with the Dean of the Technical College of Medicine in Kufa, Professor Dr. Angham Al-Ramahi. During the meeting, Dr. Al-Mihna conveyed the greetings of our Dean, Professor Dr. Faris Mohammed Al-Juaifari, emphasizing the deanship’s commitment to consolidating scientific relations and exchanging expertise between academic institutions.
The visit included a field tour of several laboratories and workshops, such as:
- Medical Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Labs.
- Physiology Lab.
- Virtual Anatomy Lab.
- Prosthetics and Orthotics Workshops.
A number of students participated in the tour, which helped enhance their practical skills and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and modern applications.
This visit falls within the framework of supporting the educational process and opening new horizons for future cooperation to serve both the students and the academic institutions.
