College of Medical Rehabilitation Techniques and Prosthetics Hosts Workshop on Work-Based Training (WBT) and the “Tawasul” Project

Details: The Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the college organized a training workshop titled “Implementing Work-Based Training (WBT) Programs and the Tawasul Project.” The session was presented by Instructor Wannas Mohammed Wannas, in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Aqeel Salem, with participation from various students and staff members.

The workshop aimed to enhance the understanding of work-based training and bridge the gap between educational outcomes and labor market requirements. Key focus areas included:

  • Identifying essential professional skills.
  • Developing effective communication techniques.
  • Understanding evaluation and assessment mechanisms.

The event featured practical applications and direct discussions, concluding with an emphasis on the vital role of the “Tawasul” (Communication) Project in developing student skills and preparing them for future career opportunities.
